When we talk about healthy food, broccoli should be our choice. Broccoli is known for its nutritional benefits like rich vitamin C , fiber, and protein. Today I will tell you my favorite sauteed broccoli recipe and its super easy to make. Give 10 minutes and let the magic happen. I like sauteed broccoli a lot because firstly it’s healthy, secondly low carb, third and most important, it can be added to any meal like chicken or steak to give some extra flavor and make it healthy.

if broccoli is not your choice till now its because you are cooking it wrong. Why am I saying this? Because if broccoli is overcooked it gets soggy loosing all its nutritional benefits and taste. So here is my perfect sauteed broccoli recipe which will make you love broccoli I am sure of it.

Ingredients

Before we start just make sure to have

  • Broccoli – 1 medium-sized
  • Salt – To taste
  • Crushed or powdered black pepper
  • Garlic – 6/7 Cloves (medium-sized)
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil

Step 1: Broccoli florets
Take one broccoli and cut it into small broccoli florets as shown in the pic below.

Step 2: Wash and wash
Wash broccoli florets with water, take the help of strainer to remove water completely. Keep broccoli in a strainer for 2 minutes so that all the excess water comes out. (Toss if needed to get water out)

Step 3: Garlic Chopping
Take 6-7 medium-sized garlic cloves and finely chop them.

Step 4: Pan-fry
Heat the pan add 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil which you use. After a minute when oil is heated add chopped garlic, let it get saute for a minute(till it gets golden brown and aromatic)

Add broccoli florets, saute for a minute and add 2 tablespoon soy sauce and 2 tablespoon water. Now add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Saute for a minute. Toss (be careful) and you are done. TADA!!
