Traveling and exploring places is incomplete without trying different foods and cuisines. However, the bloggers and especially vloggers are sometimes concerned about their diet while traveling. Staying fit while traveling and trying different foods is one of the major challenges for vloggers.
Though it becomes difficult sometimes to avoid fancy and delicious food from your favorite destinations, the following tips will help you to stay fit and in shape while traveling. Yes, you can relish the delicacies and still stick to your diet while traveling.
**Stick up to the calories and make your vacation a happy one**
Drink at least 6-8 liters of water in a day (especially on walk trips and in dry places) which will not only keep you hydrated and glowing but also keep you full so that you don’t eat out of boredom.
There are a lot of free and accurate calorie tracking apps available for smartphones. Download a calorie tracker and track all that you eat so that you do not end up overeating. It is a great way to diet while traveling.

Eat a Lot of Green Veggies
Green veggies are rich in vitamins and minerals. Start your meal with a salad. Since green veggies have lots of complex carbs and fibers, it will keep you satiated, will help control calorie intake, and will also help to avoid constipation while traveling.
Check Your Protein Intake
Complete your protein intake. Carry whey protein along so that you can have your macros from protein handy. If you are vegetarian, prefer ordering Paneer, soy, lentils, kidney beans, chickpeas, etc.
For non-vegetarians, chicken, fish, prawns, mutton, are of course good options. Make sure you ask the attendant to cook it in less oil/butter. Grilled one is always a good option to go for.
Snacking Options Especially for Diabetics
Keep a protein bar and whey protein handy along with your medications. Prefer having nuts or cheese slices/cubes instead of oily snacking.
Working out sometimes become too boring, especially while traveling and exploring, but as we all know getting back to the workout routine after a break is as difficult as climbing Mt. Everest. So, instead of avoiding workout totally, prefer walking or doing some kind of exercise like squats, jumping jacks, push-ups, lunges to name a few.
